Floor Manager at Mattoris Supermart in Ikoyi, Lagos

About the Position

Mattoris Supermarkets, one of Lagos’ trusted in-store chains, is looking for a dependable and initiative-driven Floor Manager to join our Ikoyi branch. The preferred candidate will supervise routine floor processes, ensure smooth customer experience, and assistants productivity while preserving high in-store guidelines.

Primary duties

• Oversee and organize floor employees to guarantee outstanding client support.
• Track product displays, shelves, and stock replenishment.
• Ensure adherence to store rules and guarantee adherence with organisation guidelines.
• Handle and settle client service issues promptly.
• Documentation day-to-day activities and hurdles to branch management.
• Assist development and orientation of new floor employees.
• Ensure hygiene, safety, and guard guidelines are preserved on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• Interested applicants should have an Higher national diploma certification
• 1 - 2 years demonstrated expertise in in-store processes or as a floor/team manager in a supermarket.
• Effective guidance and people-leadership abilities.
• Clear articulation and issue resolution abilities.
• Capability to operate on a one-day-in, one-day-out timetable.
• Ideally male (due to business qualifications).
• Resides within Ikoyi or nearby zones (added advantage).
