Track and audit Human resources rules and procedures to guarantee adherence with federal, state, and local rules.
Conceptualizing Adherence Programs: Producing and preserving strong Human resources adherence frameworks.
Carrying out Audits: Routinely analyzing Human resources procedures and recordkeeping for adherence.
Supervising Lawful Modifications: Keeping track of status reports in job legal provisions and rules.
Offering Development: Teaching the Human resources team and management on adherence concerns.
Coordinating Risks: Executing plans to reduce risk risks connected with job law.
Confirm that all firm and compliance-related rules and standardized processes possess been recorded, executed, and communicated.
Investigating Violations: Dealing with and addressing possibility adherence breaches.
Status updates: Getting ready thorough adherence documentation and preserving necessary recordkeeping.
Equal Job Avenue: Making sure the proper execution of EEO standard procedures.
Advising Executive guidance: Presenting findings on possibility legal & regulatory risks to top level management.

Bsc in HR, Law, Business Management, or a relevant field
Expertise: 5- 7 years in Human resources adherence.
Expertise: Deep comprehension of job legal provisions and rules.
Competence in Human resources information operational structures (HRIS) or adherence management software.
Competencies: Robust logical and issue resolution abilities, clear articulation and people skills, and expert level in Human resources information operational structures.
Accreditation: Specialist Human resources accreditation (SHRM-CP or PHR preferred).
