Job Description

Position Overview

We are looking for a authorized and skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our team. The successful applicant will offer premium quality psychotherapy and therapeutic interventions to customers demonstrating with various mental health matters in addition to support to the career advancement of our company through standard enhancement programs.

Primary duties

  • Carry out complete intake interviews and manage, score, and analyze psychometric tests to form precise clinical formulations.
  • Make clinical evaluations and offer well-reasoned interpretations to guide treatment organizing.
  • Develop and execute personalized interventions, treatment and management strategies based on best evidence and customer needs.
  • Evaluate and oversee customer risk, combining clinical and community-related factors when organizing and supplying interventions.
  • Offer psychotherapy and other therapeutic modalities (e.g., cognitive-conductual therapy, conduct modification, stress reduction therapy, concise interventions) suitable to customer visual communication and targets.
  • Track and measure the performance of interventions using result measures and response; modify treatment strategies when indicated.
  • Preserve precise, private customer records and ensure safe storage in line with information security and specialist guidelines.
  • Work alongside productively with psychiatrists, psychologists, counsellors, nurses, community-related workers, and external vendors to organize comprehensive care.
  • Design and supply mental health talks and demonstrations — both physical (group centers, schools, workplaces) and online (webinars, livestreams, documented sessions) — tailored to multifaceted target groups.
  • Formulate, strategy and execute group mental health outreach programs, which includes needs evaluations, programme design, public education marketing, and assessment of outreach effect.
  • Engage in oversight, case evaluate sessions, development, and uninterrupted career advancement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Master’s /  Doctorate Academic qualification in Clinical Psychology, or Counselling Psychology, or equivalent specialist certification.
  • Ongoing/valid specialist registration or licensure possessing applicable compliance-related body in Nigeria (or evidence of qualification/registration).
  • Proven expertise managing and interpreting standard psychometric instruments.
  • A minimum of 2–3 years post-certification hands-on patient care (or as suitable to the level of the position) operating with multifaceted customer groups.
  • Demonstrated expertise supplying evidence-based psychotherapies and conduct-adjustment interventions.
  • Demonstrable expertise organizing and supplying public talks, workshops, or development sessions (physical and online).
