• Payment Terms: 50% upon signing the accord and acceptance while rest of the payment after dispatch of the items.
• Dispatch Terms: Within 7 days upon signing the accord.
• The quote must be in the document structure of the table above, as any errors may invalidate your quote.
• The Financial offers must be in Naira (NGN)
• Following the requirement of the Federal Government of Nigeria, Women and Children Health Empowerment Foundation (WACHEF) will subtract 5% withholding tax from the total binding sum.
• WACHEF is VAT-exempt.
• WACHEF reserves the right to reject any or all offers if they fall short the evaluation benchmarks or are provided after the stipulated due date.
• Only successful proposer (s) shall be informed and will be questioned to sign a Buying request. This RFQ does not in any way convert to a agreement.
