Qualifications
The applicant who must already be a Professor, must possess twenty (20) publications, of which sixteen (16) in print out of which four (4) must be in a minimum of three (3) different and routinely released foreign index transaction entries, plus evidence of oversight to finalization of three (3) Masters and one (1) PhD degrees.
