Role Overview

The Psychologist will be in charge of offering complete psychological solutions, which includes evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, and meeting, to individuals [and/or families, groups] facing a variety of mental health hurdles. This position requires a robust dedication to ethical practice, cultural skilled, and uninterrupted career advancement.

Primary duties

• Carry out complete psychological evaluations, which includes diagnostic interviews, psychometric running test, and conductual observations, to precisely diagnose mental health terms and develop treatment strategies.
• Formulate and execute individualized evidence-based treatment strategies utilizing a range of therapeutic modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, ACT, psychodynamic therapy, family operational structures therapy) tailored to customer needs and demonstrating matters.
• Offer individual, group, and/or family therapy sessions to customers.
• Preserve precise, prompt, and private customer records in accordance with specialist and corporate guidelines.
• Work alongside productively with a cross-functional team to guarantee combined and comprehensive customer care.
• Offer crisis intervention and de-escalation plans as needed.
• Carry out risk evaluations and formulate safety strategies when suitable.
• Proposal meeting and psychoeducation to customers, families, and/or other experts on mental health topics.
• Engage in consistent clinical oversight, case professional forums, and career advancement initiatives.
• Follow all ethical standard procedures and lawful qualifications pertaining to the application of psychology.
• Participate to other duty as allocated by applicable governing bodies.

Credentials

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree/Higher national diploma in Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, or any other associated courses from an accredited institution.
• Valid permit to practice as a psychologist.
• A minimum of 3 years of operating expertise post service.
• Demonstrated expertise operating as a psychologist or in a similar position.
• Capability to operate independently.
• Clear articulation and people skills.
• Meticulousness and a dedication to patient safety.
• Capability to operate productively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
