Job Description

The Clinical Organizing & Initiating Manager manages the consolidation of clinical processes into the hospital’s design and directs the initiating of all clinical zones and tools.
This position make sure that patient flows, safety guidelines, and business needs are embedded in organizing, and that all tools and facilities are tested, validated, and operational at handover.
By managing with design, procurement, and business teams, this manager ensures the hospital is fully operational and prepared to supply quality care from day one.

Convert the hospital’s clinical service planin to architectural and engineering summaries, making sure alignment with worldwide industry standards in healthcare design.
Carry out process evaluation for key clinical solutions (crisis, theatres, ICU, wards, imaging, labs) and offer adjacency and throughput strategic guidance.
Formulate acommissioning structure covering tools installation, operational structures running test, operational effectiveness confirmation, and compliance-related sign-offs.
Organize with biomedical engineers for tools installation plans, utility qualifications, and running test procedures.
Arrange and head mock-ups and simulation exercises to test deployment readiness and patient flows.
Organize thorough initiating checklists and head acceptance inspections for each clinical zone.
Recognize development needs and coordinate with the Development Cordinator to close out development differences.
Arrange clinical employees onboarding programs to familiarize them with new spaces and tools.
Record and settle initiating faults and ensure corrective actions are closed before occupancy.
Collaborate with facilities management teams to formulate servicing & maintenance strategies for new tools and operational structures.
Offer consistent initiating status documentation to the Manager, project and flag any risks to deployment readiness.

Bsc in Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, or associated healthcare site.
Master’s in Healthcare Management, Clinical Organizing, or equivalent.
Qualifications in healthcare facility initiating or deployment readiness (CHFM, CHC, etc.) are a plus.
At least 15 years of expertise in hospital clinical organizing, initiating, or processes.
Demonstrated expertise in translating clinical processes into facility design and initiating expert hospital tools.
Expertise operating on new-build hospitals or key healthcare refurbishments.
Deep knowledge of clinical processes, patient safety guidelines, and hospital certification (JCI, COHSASA, or similar).
Capability to bridge technical design teams and clinical teams productively.
Proficient in conceptualizing initiating procedures, checklists, and simulation exercises.
Outstanding development and facilitation competencies for clinical employees orientation.
Meticulousness and capability to oversee various initiating streams at the same time.
