Job Description

We are immediately seeking an Human resources Manager to supervise every facet of HR procedures and methods.
The Human resources Manager will strategize head, formulate, and organize the rules, Human resources initiatives making sure regulatory adherence and execution in sync with the company’s purpose and skilled plan.
Human resources Manager obligations includes responsibility for coordinating initiatives which includes position design, hiring process, workplace engagement, results tracking, development & development, human resource management and transmission of Appraisals.

Formulate and execute Human resources plans and programs in sync with the entire corporate plan
Bridge management and workplace engagement by dealing with needs, employee concerns or other concerns
Oversee the hiring process and selection process
Assist ongoing and future business needs through the development, relation, inspiration and preservation of talent
Formulate and track entire Human resources plans, operational structures, tactics and standardized processes across the company
Develop a positive operating environment
Supervise and oversee a work assessment system that leads strong results
Preserve pay strategy and perks programme
Evaluate development needs to submit application and track capacity-building plans
Answer to management and offer decision assist through Human resources indicators
Ensure regulatory adherence throughout personnel management
