Position Overview

The Clinical Quality Manager is instrumental in upholding and progressing our dedication to clinical superiority and legal adherence across all units of Lily Hospitals. This position delivers executive guidance in conceptualizing, executing, and supervising standard enhancement plans, clinical compliance frameworks, and adherence with both national and international health guidelines.

Primary duties

• Head the execution of the hospital’s Clinical Compliance & Adherence structure.
• Lead uninterrupted Standard enhancement Plans across clinical and non-clinical departments.
• Formulate and preserve rules, recordkeeping, and standard operating standardized processes in sync with COHSASA, ISO 9001, and Nigerian Health guidelines.
• Coordinate development and relation programs for employees to guarantee consciousness and compliance to quality and adherence qualifications.
• Carry out consistent supervising, status updates, and audits to monitor productivity against quality benchmarks.
• Serve as a assured speaker and influencer, nurturing an environment that fosters superiority, responsibility, and patient safety.

Credentials & Qualifications

• MBBS or equivalent medical academic qualification.
• At least 5 years’ related experience in clinical standards oversight, adherence, or associated healthcare executive guidance positions.
• Robust logical, recordkeeping, and regulatory framework development competencies.
• Verified ability to shape teams and convey productively across various levels of the company.
• Understanding with COHSASA, ISO 9001, and Nigerian Health guidelines is highly preferred.
• Applicable qualifications/permits in standards oversight or healthcare adherence is a plus.
