Role summary

As the Showroom / Process Manager, you will be accountable for managing the day-to-day activities of our showroom, making sure a smooth customer experience, and pushing sales through efficient promotion plans. You will head a team of sales colleagues and collaborate with management to attain business targets.

Primary duties

• Oversee the daily processes of the showroom, making sure a welcoming and structured environment.
• Formulate and execute promotion plans to advance showroom goods and grow sales.
• Educate, train, and oversee showroom employees to provide exceptional client support.
• Track stock levels and organize with suppliers to guarantee product accessibility.

Credentials

• Bsc in Business Management, Promotion, or a relevant field.
