Manager at Pioneers Park in Gwarimpa, Abuja (FCT)

Position Overview

The Manager will assist the Manager in making sure the smooth routine running of the social space and café. This position concentrates on directing frontline employees, preserving service standard, making sure client fulfillment, and managing instant business concerns.

Primary duties

• Oversee social space and café employees during changes, making sure compliance to guidelines.
• Assist the Manager in executing business rules and service standardized processes.
• Track service dispatch and step in to settle client matters promptly.
• Assign routine duty and plans to team members for smooth process.
• Guarantee adherence with hygiene, safety, and quality benchmarks.
• Track inventory usage during changes and documentation shortages or discrepancies to the Manager.
• Manage basic cash supervising and routine sales adjustments before handover.
• Offer input on employee output to the Manager for assessment.
• Fulfill the role of change head in the absence of the Manager, making sure business continuity.

Credentials & Competencies

• OND / Higher national diploma in hotel management, Business Management, or relevant field.
• At least 2 years’ expertise in hotel management or in-store oversight.
• High-performing group synchronization and executive guidance capability.
• Clear articulation and people skills.
• Analytical abilities with a client-first mentality.
• Capability to operate any time, which includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.
