Overview

The Handled Healthcare Business operations manager is in charge of managing and pushing operations excellency in the dispatch of goods, a handled healthcare plan serving our customers.

Process & Tech Consolidation:

Collaborate with the Digital Transformation Manager and Cross-functional teams to combine technology-enabled initiatives, dashboards, and processes that enhance visibility, effectiveness, and traceability. Head adoption of online platforms across the team.

Participant Relation:

Assist long-term alliances Ensure high-level connection management and information exchange with within and outside the organization participants.

Team Management:

Offer business executive guidance to team members. Oversee staff productivity, development needs, and development strategies.

Adherence & QA:

Guarantee alignment to internal SOPs and external compliance obligations in service dispatch. Lead ongoing development through Quality assurance response and data findings.

Credentials and Expertise

• At least 5 years’ expertise in healthcare processes
• Bsc in Pharmacy
• Postgraduate degree will be an added advantage.
• Demonstrated expertise operating with digital health initiatives and pharmacy networks
