In this position, you will assume responsibility of the full program duration, from organizing and implementation to dispatch and stakeholder engagement. You’ll work alongside cross-functional units, ensure project alignment with business targets, and supervise the smooth rollout of enterprise and SaaS-based initiatives. This is your avenue to head strategic projects that supply real value in the digital transformation space. In this position, you will in charge of top and managing, organizing, carrying out, and dispatch of digital transformation projects for public sector customers in addition to enterprise and SaaS-based projects. This position needs a specialist with expertise coordinating cross-operational teams, making sure alignment with business targets, and supplying premium quality outcomes within time and financial plan restrictions.

Stakeholder engagement:

• Act as the primary point of reach out for customers, which includes government authorities, procurement teams, and enterprise participants.
• Build and preserve solid connections with all participants to coordinate transparent information exchange and partnership.
• Routinely documentation on milestone tracking, risks, and concerns to top level management and external participants.

Process & Synchronization:

• Head organizing and execution of projects across various MDAs
• Formulate thorough project records, timelines, and financial plans
• Organize cross-operational teams and external participants
• Track milestone tracking, mitigate threats, and lead on-time settlement
• Ensure project adherence with public sector rules and procurement rules
• Oversee adjustment requests, project scope, and customer requirements
• Offer consistent documentation and status reports to executive participants
• Coordinate user development, UAT, and post-execution assist
• Preserve robust customer connections and ensure high service fulfillment

Expertise and Credentials

• Bsc in Computer Science, Information Tech, Engineering, or relevant field.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Nimble/Scrum accreditation preferred.
• 5+ years of expertise in project coordination, with a minimum of 2 years in public sector digitization or SaaS/enterprise projects.
• Expertise operating with public sector customers, comprehension procurement and adherence qualifications.
• Reliable system knowledge of SaaS, cloud, and enterprise software development lifecycles.
• Expertise in Nigerian or African public sector digital transformation projects.
• Practical understanding of Gov - Technology, e-Government channels, or national identity/payment operational structures.

System knowledge:

• Understanding with software development life cycle (SDLC)
• Basic expertise in cloud processing (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Comprehension of SaaS channels, APIs, data guard, and consolidation notions
• Capability to connect between organizational needs and technical implementation
