Primary duties

• Welcome guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
• Show menus, make strategic guidance, and take precise F&B orders.
• Serve food and drinks promptly and competently.
• Ensure visitor fulfillment by checking in and dealing with any matters.
• Convey orders precisely to the kitchen and bar employees.
• Manage special requests and dietary restrictions with care.
• Guarantee promptness service and help in clearing tables productively.
• Offer guests with invoices and process payments using cash, credit cards, or hotel charge accounts.
• Problem receipts and ensure precise invoicing.
• Preserve cleanliness and company in the dining zone.
• Set up and clear tables, making sure proper table settings and hygiene guidelines.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation standard procedures at all time.
• Help in stocking dining venue inventory and restocking service stations.
• Engage in team sessions and development sessions to enhance service standard.
• Manage visitor questions about the hotel, menu items, and special campaigns.

Qualifications

Applicants should have applicable credentials with a minimum of 4 years work expertise.
