Job Description

We are looking for an skilled and outcomes-driven Hotel general manager to supervise the daily processes of our hotel.
The preferred candidate will possess a solid experience in hotel management management, outstanding management abilities, and a dedication to providing outstanding visitor experiences.
You will be in charge of coordinating employees, preserving service guidelines, optimizing hotel profit margin, and making sure smooth processes across all operational units.

Supervise the day-to-day activities of the hotel, which includes front desk, room maintenance services, F&B, and servicing & maintenance.
Head and oversee all department heads to guarantee strong results and visitor fulfillment.
Track financial effectiveness and oversee financial plans, income, and expense management to reach targets.
Formulate and execute service guidelines, operating standardized processes, and employees capacity-building plans.
Manage visitor service issues promptly and competently, making sure outstanding client support.
Guarantee adherence with health, safety, and hospitality rules.
Organize promotion and advertising plans to boost occupancy and income.
Organize and show documentation on occupancy, income, and process effectiveness to top level management.
Hire, educate, and assess hotel employee output.
Sustain connections with vendors, suppliers, and associates to guarantee smooth processes.

Bsc in hotel management Management, Business Management, or a relevant field is desirable.
At least 4 - 5 years demonstrated expertise in hotel management or a similar hospitality executive function.
Effective guidance, corporate, and analytical abilities.
Outstanding interpersonal and verbal abilities.
Deep understanding of hotel processes and hospitality industry standards.
Competence in hotel management software and Ms office tools.
