Position Overview

A F&B (Food and beverage) Manager plays a critical executive function in monitoring every facet of a hotel’s F&B processes. Their main objective is to guarantee top-notch support, premium quality goods, and lucrative effectiveness across all Food and beverage outlets (dining venues, bars, in-room servicer, banquets, etc.).

Menu and Service Organizing:

• Work alongside chefs and bar managers to formulate menus and beverage lists.
• Ensure menus are attractive, lucrative, and in line with visitor preferences.
• Supervise menu visual communication and service style across outlets.

Client fulfillment:

• Manage visitor response, service issues, and special requests competently.
• Execute guidelines that advance a personalized and pleasant dining expertise.
• Ensure prompt solution of service concerns to preserve visitor commitment.

Health, Safety, and Hygiene:

• Guarantee adherence with food safety, sanitation, and authorizing rules.
• Carry out consistent audits and inspections of Food and beverage zones.
• Educate employees on hygiene and health and safety protocols.

Promotion and Advancement:

Collaborate with the promotion team to advance Food and beverage outlets and special events. Produce and implement advertising marketing to grow patronage and income.
