Position Overview

A Hotel Club Manager is accountable for managing the day-to-day activities of the hotel’s club section (which may comprise of the executive/club social space, fitness & recreation club, bar/nightclub, or members-only facilities relying on the hotel setup). Their position blends hospitality management, client support, and business development.

Process management:

• Manages day-to-day activities of the club social space, bar, gym, or recreational facilities.
• Ensures cleanliness, safety, and proper ambiance of all club zones.
• Manages service dispatch, F&B quality, and entertainment.
• Arranges with other hotel departments (Food and beverage, room maintenance services, guard).

Employees Management:

• Hires, instructs, and manages club employees (bartenders, social space attendants, fitness trainers, etc.).
• Plans employees changes and observes effectiveness.
• Encourages team to preserve elite hospitality guidelines.

Finance Management:

• Arranges and supervises the club’s financial plan.
• Tracks income, expenditures, and profit margin.
• Boosts membership sales, revenue optimization of solutions, and premium bundles.
• Conceptualizes campaigns and commitment programs to grow income.

Promotion & Member Relation:

• Conceptualizes plans to draw in new members and retain current ones.
• Arranges advertising events, theme nights, or wellness initiatives.
• Works with hotel promotion team on brand identity and social platforms presence.

Adherence & Safety:

• Ensures adherence with health, safety, and authorizing rules.
• Executes guard measures for guests and members.
• Supervises system issue documentation and addresses clashes diplomatically.

Applicants should have applicable credentials with a minimum of 5 years of work expertise.
