Position Overview

We are looking for an skilled Generation Manager to supervise day-to-day activities in our female clothing production operations unit. The preferred candidate will guarantee promptness, productive, and quality garment generation while top a team of fashion designers and production worker.

Duties

• Oversee and organize production worker.
• Ensure generation plans and quality benchmarks are fulfilled.
• Track process, assign duty, and enhance effectiveness.
• Examine garments for quality at every stage.
• Educate and inspire group members.
• Preserve stock of fabrics and materials.
• Ensure adherence to adherence with organisation rules and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• OND / Higher national diploma / Bsc in Textile Tech, Fashion Design, or a relevant field.
• 3 - 5 years’ supervisory expertise in garment/clothing generation (women’s wear preferred).
• Solid understanding of garment building and sewing methods.
• Outstanding executive guidance, corporate, and analytical abilities.
