Role summary

Making sure adherence to production operations methods and standardized processes of the organization with the goal of delivering key effectiveness indicators in partnership with all participants by constantly conceptualizing, organizing, and executing operations excellency and development of plant staff.

Coordinating Skilled:

Formulate and educate the team to enhance the performance of execution of best/ next procedures in the zone of work. Recognize development needs of team members in order to develop abilities and formulate/preserve a goal-oriented team.

Projects:

• Selection of Capacity, Ability, Suitable Tech, Energy qualifications etc for Opex and Capex Projects along with Engineering team as and when necessary
• Implement execution of projects within timelines and cost with assist of Engineering Team
• Help in initiating and begin-up of new projects

Qualifications

• BE/B.Technology in Electrical and mechanical / Generation Engineering from a reputed institute
• 10+ years of expertise in FMCG companies of repute ideally bottling/aseptic dairy goods requiring at least 3 years of expertise as Chief of Production operations/Generation department
• Expertise of coordinating high speed PET bottling lines and Tetrapak lines
• A practical experience of executing TPM or WCM/Operations excellency is essential. Exposure to Lean or Six Sigma would be beneficial.
• Expertise of coordinating generation operation of a bottling plant, ideally aseptic dairy tech with Tetrapak and Sidel bottling lines
