Job Description

Supervise the routine generation timetable for Bitumen Emulsion, Supergrade G, and Polymer Modified Bitumen.
Enhance manufacturing workflows to increase results, reduce waste, and enhance process effectiveness.
Oversee unedited material stock (bitumen, polymers, crumb rubber, emulsifiers, additives), making sure adequate stock and productive usage.
Team up with Quality assurance to guarantee all goods meet requirements.
Formulate, execute, and oversee a complete preventative and predictive servicing & maintenance programme for all bitumen plant machinery and structure.
Supervise the implementation of all servicing & maintenance initiatives, which includes corrective repairs, overhauls, system setups, and calibrations, particularly for tools managing hot and viscous materials.
Oversee spare parts stock for critical parts, making sure accessibility and cost-performance.
Ensure a initiative-driven safety culture, ensure the safe and productive process of all plant tools, which includes bitumen tanks, reactors, professional mixers, mills, pumps, heat exchangers, boiler operational structures, filtration units, and loading/unloading facilities.
In charge of logistics/Bitumen heating/dispatches from the plant.
Any other duty that may be allocated under leadership from time to time

At least Higher national diploma in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering
At least 5 years of related experience in Bitumen Plant, Asphalt plant and Road building
Structured with the capability to adjustment key focuses as needed
Capability to successfully head and train a team.
Must possess good technical, organizing and verbal abilities.
