Position Overview

With the entire oversight within the organization Treasurer, the applicant will collaborate with Chief of Settlement for starting implementation of Investments Implementation comprises authorization methods, recorded relation with businesses and counterparties, transaction verification, transaction slip production, financial funding confirmations, financial funding adjustments and documentation generations, etc

Primary duties

• Back up for Chief of Investments
• Ensure proper oversight of Treasury Evaluator
• Prompt commencement of investments
• Guarantee promptness settlement of trades
• Ensure precise calculation of interest payments and verify that every interest payments due are paid or received.
• Verify that every qualifications are in place before financial funding commencement (authorizations, transaction verification with business and counterparties)
• Efficient management of Investments to optimize returns thereby creating earnings for the Businesses.
• Routine settlement of cash Investments
• Visual communication at business meeting.
• Oversee Evaluator on ALCO evaluation.
• Routine settlement of securities. (business assets, collaterals from counterparties)
• Offer on a weekly basis status of Financial funding maturities for efficient supervising of the Investments.
• Precise periodic status updates of cash and securities Financial funding roles to Businesses and the group
• Assist Financial support Managers in realizing their financial funding and liquidity targets.
• Creating Group Financial funding documentation that precisely capture Financial funding roles of each business.
• Making sure Transaction Documents for all Investments across the entities are in place (Transaction slips, Counterparty verification letters)
• Start Capital Move or securities to counterparties for financial funding and to Businesses as per Requests. This possesses to be done within TAT.
• Precise submitting/recordkeeping of all transaction documents for easy letter of recommendation and retrieval
• Verify that every securities are precisely captured in custody documentation .
• Ensure custody charges are properly examined and paid on time.

Qualifications

A Business academic qualification from a reputable tertiary institution Possession of a specialist certification is a plus
