Qualifications

• At least a Bsc in Business Management, Promotion, or a relevant field.
• A postgraduate academic qualification (Master of business administration, Master's degree) is a plus.
• At least 8 years of operating expertise.
• A minimum of 5 years of strategic-level expertise in business development, brand identity, or promotion.
• Expertise in the property, financial solutions, or premium experience in-store sectors.
• A deep knowledge of strategic promotion organizing and execution.
• In-depth understanding of head production methods, digital promotion platforms, and marketing design.
• Competence in corporate identity management and communications, which includes content & PR development.
• Formulate and implement complete promotion plans to improve corporate identity visibility and identify potential clients.
• Strategy and execute targeted marketing (digital and offline) to advance our projects and solutions.
• Carry out market benchmarking and observe industry trends to enhance our positioning.
• Lead the organization's presence on social platforms, the web, and other digital channels.
• Produce and run multi-channel content and marketing marketing tailored to segmented target groups.
• Build, oversee, and expand a top-performing network of self-sufficient sales agents and brokers.
• Produce and execute go-to-market plans for new offerings.
