About The Position

The QA Leadership position will be primarily in charge of recognizing quality zones, defining quality matrix and guidelines. The QA Head is in charge of supervising employees result which includes problem solving and client engagements to guarantee defined quality benchmarks are preserved always. To oversee and improve the QA methods at organisation, making sure that running test plans and procedures head to the dispatch of software that meets the highest guidelines excellent quality and reliability

Duties

• Test Organizing & Plan
• Risk assessment
• Automated Running test
• UX Running test
• Effectiveness Running test
• Quality Indicators & Status updates Defect Tracking & Management

General Expertise:

• At least between 6 – 8 years
• Demonstrated expertise in how to: Supervise the Quality assurance process from test design to defect solution, making sure the dispatch of enterprise-level, purpose-critical Financial technology goods
• Head Quality assurance team processes using Nimble structured approaches to deliver on time and improve team efficacy and product reliability, backed by ongoing effectiveness reviews and system refinements
• Ensure adherence to stringent Quality assurance procedures, which includes compliance to financial data guard and adherence guidelines, by combining resources which includes version regulate operational structures, CI/CD pipelines, and automated running test frameworks
• Develop proficiency and career advancement within Quality assurance teams, leading and embedding industry standards to boost interdisciplinary teamwork and elevate product guidelines.
