Business Development Manager at Placid Health Limited in Lagos (Hybrid)

Position Overview

We are looking for an skilled, agile, and outcomes-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to head and oversee every facet of business expansion at Placid Health. The preferred candidate will possess a strong experience in Business Management, Promotion, SEO and Digital Promotion, with a enthusiasm for health creative invention and a robust capability to recognize and pursue fresh opportunities, Master of business administration is also preferred This position includes strategic organizing, collaboration building (especially B2B, HMO, and NGO sectors), team synchronization, and promotion executive guidance to lead head production, corporate identity visibility, and income increase.

Promotion & Outreach:

• Head the implementation of digital promotional initiatives (Google Ads, Meta, SEO, Email promotion, LinkedIn).
• Evaluate digital effectiveness data and modify plans for maximum ROI and head transformation.
• Organize corporate identity consciousness marketing across social media tailored to various audience segments (Gen Z, Millennials, Adults, etc.).

Credentials & Qualifications

• MSC Necessary (Master of business administration is desirable).
• At least 3 years of expertise in business development or promotion, ideally in the health technology or service industry.
• Demonstrated expertise in digital promotion platforms and channels (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, HubSpot, Mailchimp, SEO resources).
• Robust B2B relationship building and bargaining ability.
• Exceptional information exchange, visual communication, and people skills.
• Strategic thinker with practical implementation capability.
• Highly self-driven and capable to thrive in a new venture or dynamic environment.
• SEM/SEO expertise necessary.
• Must live in Lagos or be ready to move to Lagos

Preferred Competencies:

• Expertise operating with HMOs, corporate customers, or healthcare participants.
• Understanding with CRM software and digital data analysis resources.
• Enthusiasm for mental health and wellness creative invention.

Compensation

N400,000 – N650,000 / Month. Effectiveness-based rewards and collaboration rewards submit application.
