Position Overview

We are looking for an skilled and meticulous Generation Manager to supervise the comprehensive garment generation process in our fashion house. The preferred candidate will oversee day-to-day activities, guarantee standard result, organize the generation team, and align generation targets with corporate identity guidelines and timelines. This position requires effective guidance, a strong insight of garment building, and the capability to optimize productivity while preserving creativeness and superiority.

Primary duties

• Carry out routine briefings, check presence, and allocate generation duty to the team.
• Oversee fashion designers and other production worker to guarantee targets and due dates are fulfilled.
• Examine unedited materials, fabrics, and accessories for quality and accessibility.
• Track all stages of garment generation and promptly handle concerns or setbacks.
• Carry out consistent inspection procedures to guarantee garments meet design requirements and guidelines.
• Preserve precise generation plans, records of routine result, faults, and wastage.
• Coordinate with administrator, procurement, and other participants for status reports, response, and material organizing.
• Ensure machines and tools are operational, and organize for prompt servicing & maintenance or repairs.
• Evaluate and modify generation timelines to accommodate new orders and task volume.
• Carry out stock checks and organize with the procurement team for restocking.
• Arrange development, ability development, and evaluation comments sessions for team members.
• Organize and send on a weekly basis and every month generation documentation, highlighting accomplishments, hurdles, and zones of advancement.
• Evaluate generation effectiveness against targets and recognize bottlenecks.
• Evaluate generation expenses, ensure financial plan alignment, and endorse cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
• Ensure adherence to office safety guidelines and carry out consistent safety checks.
• Work alongside top level management to strategy upcoming projects, peak seasons, or new collections.
• Identify outstanding team members, incentive accomplishments, and handle underperformance helpfully.

Person Specification

• Bsc or related experience in Fashion, Generation Management, or relevant field.
• 3–5 years’ demonstrated expertise in garment generation, tailoring oversight, or fashion processes.
• Effective guidance and team leadership abilities.
• Deep understanding of fabrics, garment building, and quality benchmarks.
• Outstanding corporate, issue resolution, and verbal abilities.
• Capability to operate in a dynamic, innovative, and high-pressure environment.
