Deputy manager - Managerial at Quantum Packaging Nigeria Limited in Agbara, Ogun

About the Position

We are looking for a highly structured and initiative-driven Deputy manager - Managerial with demonstrated expertise in the production operations sector. The successful applicant will assist the management of daily managerial processes, ensure smooth process cross-functional units and support to entire corporate effectiveness.

Primary duties

•  Supervise and organize general managerial processes inside the production operations facility.
• Assist the development and execution of managerial operational structures, rules and standardized processes.
• Oversee managerial employees and ensure duty are carried out productively.
• Oversee workspace assets, facilities and inventory to guarantee uninterrupted processes.
• Preserve precise records, documentation and recordkeeping in line with organisation rules.
• Coordinate with department heads to assist business and management needs.
• Guarantee adherence with organisation guidelines and applicable rules.
• Help in financial planning, expense management and assets distribution for managerial processes.
• Lead programs to enhance process effectiveness and employee relation.

Qualifications

• Bsc in Business Managerial, Management, or a relevant field requiring at least 5 years within a production operations sector. Specialist certification is a plus.
• Effective guidance, corporate and analytical abilities.
• Outstanding interpersonal and information exchange abilities.
• Competence in MS Workspace Suite and managerial admin systems.
