Position Overview

We’re recruiting a strategic and practical Chief of Human resources to build and head the Human resources operation for our efficient-growing food dispatch and cloud kitchen business. This position includes setting up Human resources operational structures, pushing hiring process, and shaping organisation culture from the ground up.

Primary duties

• Establish Human resources rules, operational structures, and methods.
• Head comprehensive hiring process and orientation cross-functional units.
• Oversee wage processing, presence, and Human resources software execution.
• Manage workplace engagement, employee concerns, and results tracking.
• Arrange development, adherence sessions, and development programs.
• Ensure regulatory adherence and preserve precise Human resources recordkeeping.
• Promote a robust, welcoming organisation culture and track employee relation.
• Offer consistent Human resources documentation and findings to executive guidance.

Qualifications

Applicants should have a Higher national diploma / Bachelor's / MSC with 5 - 7 years of expertise.
