Job Description

Supervise and oversee all stock regulate methods and preserve current records in Sage and other operational structures.
Track, track, and projection inventory levels to prevent shortages or excess, and carry out standard procedure audits and adjustments.
Ensure goods are received in good requirement, properly stored, tagged, and assigned according to guidelines.
Organize warehouse processes which includes product movement, loading/offloading, and routine adjustments.
Head periodic inventory counts and cycle checks, and offer precise documentation with strategic guidance.
Collaborate with procurement, logistics, allocation, and processes teams to meet business needs and guarantee promptness supplies.
Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance guidelines, and educate employees on adherence.
Offer direction and direction to the warehouse/stock team and advise management on inventory levels and process enhancements.

A Academic qualification in Accounting, Stock Chain, Business Management, or a relevant field.
At least 5 years’ expertise in warehouse or stock management, which includes a minimum of 1 year in a leadership position.
Solid understanding of general business software, with the capability to quickly learn new applications.
Outstanding data evaluation and predicting competencies.
Capability to meet the physical needs of warehouse work, which includes standing, sitting, walking, and occasional lifting.
Proficient in calculations which includes discounts, freight estimates, dimensional weight, bills, and percentages.
Applicable accreditation in Stock Chain Management is a plus.
Expertise in the medical device industry will be an added advantage.
