Automobile Servicing & maintenance Manager at GUO Transport Company Limited in Ogbunike - Onitsha, Anambra

Duties

• Oversee and organize the initiatives of mechanics, technicians, and assistants in the automobile servicing & maintenance workshop.
• Strategize timetable, and track preventive and corrective servicing & maintenance of all organisation vehicles (buses, trucks, cars, etc.)
• Examine vehicles to recognize mechanical concerns and guarantee promptness solution.
• Verify that every servicing & maintenance and fix initiatives adhere with safety, quality, and compliance guidelines.
• Preserve precise records of vehicle servicing & maintenance record, repairs, and spare parts usage.
• Track workshop stock, requisition spare parts, and ensure proper usage to reduce wastage.
• Organize periodic documentation on fleet requirement, servicing & maintenance expenses, and non-operational time.
• Educate and mentor mechanics/technicians to enhance ability levels and effectiveness.
• Work alongside fleet processes to reduce vehicle non-operational time and ensure accessibility for business needs.
• Ensure adherence to adherence with organisation rules, health, and safety standard procedures in the workshop.
• Endorse enhancements in servicing & maintenance methods and cost-regulatory actions.
