Position Overview
The Nvault Manager is in charge of the entire management, growth, and effectiveness of the bank’s mobile banking application. The position includes monitoring product development, user purchase, app store effectiveness (downloads, ratings, and assessments), client relation, and making sure that the app supplies a smooth digital banking expertise.
Primary duties
- Supervise the strategic management of the mobile application to guarantee uninterrupted growth and adoption.
- Lead app downloads and client orientation across Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
- Track app store key indicators, which includes downloads, active users, retention, ratings, and assessments.
- Strategy and execute promotional initiatives to grow app visibility, downloads, and usage.
- Work alongside IT, promotion, and client support teams to guarantee app capability, guard, and outstanding UX.
- Track user input and data analysis to endorse product upgrades and bug fixes.
- Offer consistent effectiveness documentation on downloads, user activity, and app income payment.
- Guarantee adherence with CBN, NIBSS, and other governance policies concerning digital banking.
- Educate and mentor branch and promotion employees on supporting the app to clients.
Credentials & Expertise
- Bsc in Business Management, Information Tech, Promotion, or relevant field.
- At least 5–7 years’ expertise in digital banking, mobile application management, product management, or financial technology.
- Expertise in coordinating mobile application adoption, digital channels, or electronic banking goods.
Competencies & Skills:
- Deep knowledge of digital banking, financial technology, and mobile application ecosystems.
- Analytics-based mentality with the capability to evaluate app effectiveness and user conduct.
- Clear articulation, promotion, and project coordination competencies.
- Capability to operate cross-operationally with technical and business teams.
- Innovative issue resolution and forward-thinking.
