Position Overview

The Human resources Partner is a key player in our Human resources plan, operating closely with executive guidance and local teams to advise, assist, and head Human resources processes in a agile, diverse environment. The HRBP will actively support to Human resources organizing and the execution of Human resources rules and methods that match with Koolboks’ business targets.

Primary duties

• Recognize Human resources needs across the organization, and formulate plans to draw in and retain high performer.
• Oversee hiring process, Human resources management, Human resources data governance, orientation, exits, and disciplinary methods, making sure smooth and conforming processes in all countries.
• Design and execute an attractive and organized orientation programme to guarantee effective merging of new recruits.
• Formulate and deploy a clear skill structure for each position to assist professional development and mentor effectiveness reviews.
• Produce and oversee capacity-building plans to strengthen employee competencies and capabilities.
• Advise and assist managers on all Human resources matters, which includes results tracking, skill building, and workplace engagement.
• Ensure Human resources rules adhere with local work legal provisions and are in sync with Koolboks’ organisation culture.
• Establish and track key Human resources indicators to enhance methods and inform strategic decisions.
• Actively oversee staff productivity and settle office clashes productively.
