Position Overview

We are looking for a innovative and strategic Social media personnel to supervise and grow our customer online presence. The preferred candidate will be in charge of conceptualizing and carrying out content plans that increase participation, grow corporate identity visibility, and assist business targets across all key social platforms channels. You should be committed to digital information exchange, ongoing with social platforms practices, and capable to bring fresh creative thoughts that match with our corporate identity voice and targets.

Content Formation:

• Produce, compose, and timetable compelling content which includes posts, stories, reels, videos, and more.
• Work alongside UI/UX professionals, professional shooters, and videographers to formulate premium quality, operational base-specific innovative assets.
• Stay current with practices, pop culture, and viral content to keep our corporate identity applicable.

Group Management:

Oversee and address comments, DMs, and mentions in a prompt and corporate identity-suitable manner.

Credentials

• Applicants should have applicable credentials.
• 2 - 3 years of demonstrated expertise as a Social media personnel or similar position.
• Deep knowledge of social platforms channels, practices, algorithms, and content plans.
• Expertise using resources like Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, or Sprinklr.
• Basic design and visual content editing competencies using Canva, Adobe Innovative Suite, or CapCut.
• Outstanding drafting, information exchange, and narrative creation abilities.
• Robust planning abilities and capability to deliver within strict timelines.

Preferred Competencies:

• Expertise in copywriting, visual content editing, and digital promotion.
• Comprehension of SEO and how it combines with social platforms.
• Understanding with Google Data analysis.
• Expertise in paid community-related plans and effectiveness optimization.
