Position Overview

This dual position blends creativeness with information exchange. You will be in charge of coordinating and growing our social platforms presence through compelling content, while also serving as the first point of reach out for our clients, responding to questions, processing orders, and collecting response to constantly enhance our service.

Client assistance:

• Take action promptly and competently to client questions and orders through social platforms channels, email, and communication tone apps.
• Track and oversee client orders, making sure precise and prompt correspondence with the kitchen and dispatch team.
• Handle and settle client matters or service issues with a supportive and positive mindset.
• Collect and documentation client response to assist enhance goods, solutions, and customer experience.
• Preserve thorough records of client engagements, concerns, and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Interested applicants should have an Higher national diploma / OND / Bsc 
• 1–2 years of expertise in social platforms management, digital promotion, or client support (ideally in the food industry).
• Robust innovative abilities — especially in content formation, photography, and visual content editing.
• Clear articulation and skilled in writing with a client-first mentality.
• Expertise using social platforms resources (e.g., Canva, CapCut, etc.).
• Structured, responsive, and capable to juggle duties in a dynamic environment.
