Position Overview

We are looking for a innovative and analytics-based Social platforms Brand promoter to oversee our online presence and increase participation across digital channels. The preferred candidate will be in charge of conceptualizing and carrying out social platforms plans, growing our audience, and changing followers into loyal clients or directs.

Primary duties

• Formulate, execute, and oversee social platforms plans across channels (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Produce compelling, applicable, and visually appealing content (text, image, and video)
• Strategy and implement content calendars and posting plans
• Track, evaluate, and documentation on marketing effectiveness using findings and data analysis
• Run paid social platforms ads and enhance marketing for ROI
• Engage with followers, address questions, and oversee group engagements
• Stay informed with social platforms practices, resources, and industry standards
• Work alongside design, sales, and promotion teams to align digital endeavors with business targets.

Qualifications & Credentials

• Bsc in Promotion, Communications, or a relevant field (or related experience)
• At least 2 years’ expertise in a social platforms or digital promotion position
• Established history of coordinating and growing corporate identity presence on social platforms
• Robust content formation competencies (graphic design, short-form video, captions, etc.)
• Competence in resources like Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, and data analysis channels
• Clear articulation, copywriting, and narrative creation competencies
• Capability to operate independently and oversee various projects at once.

• Current with social platforms practices and operational base status reports
• Expertise with influencer promotion or content partnership will be an added advantage.
