Position Overview
The Social media personnel will be in charge of coordinating and growing the organization’s online presence across all social platforms channels. The preferred candidate is innovative, analytics-based, and committed to digital narrative creation.
Primary duties
- Formulate and implement social platforms plans to grow corporate identity consciousness, relation, and head production.
- Oversee content formation (graphics, captions, videos, reels, stories, etc.) and publishing plans.
- Track, track, and documentation key indicators to enhance marketing.
- Engage with the online group, address questions, and build brand commitment.
- Work alongside the business promotion & sales team to align marketing with business targets.
- Stay informed with social platforms practices, resources, and industry standards.
Qualifications
- 1 – 2 years demonstrated expertise as a Social media personnel or similar position.
- Solid understanding of Instagram, Facebook, Twitter (X), LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Basic design competencies (Canva/Photoshop) and expertise in visual content editing is a plus.
- Clear articulation and copywriting competencies.
- Capability to evaluate findings and adjust plans as appropriate.
- Innovative, initiative-driven, and capable to operate with minimal oversight.
