Position Overview

We are looking for a innovative and in-depth knowledge Multimedia Trainer to train students the fundamentals and improved notions of digital media design and generation. The preferred candidate will possess competence in various multimedia resources and methods, clear expression competencies, and a enthusiasm for teaching others.

Primary duties

• Formulate and supply compelling multimedia syllabus covering zones which includes graphic design, visual content editing, animated visuals, sound production, and interactive media.
• Train students to use widely adopted software and resources (e.g., Adobe Innovative Suite, Concluding Cut Pro, After Outcomes, etc.).
• Strategy lessons, tasks, and projects that promote creativeness and specialized abilities.
• Assess student advancement and offer feedback criticism to assist learning and advancement.
• Stay updated with the latest multimedia practices, technical solutions, and industry standards.
• Motivate and train students in conceptualizing portfolios and real-world projects.
• Work alongside other instructors and departments to combine multimedia competencies into broader teaching programs.
• Preserve a positive and welcoming classroom environment that boosts student relation.
• Arrange workshops, visitor lectures, or extracurricular initiatives connected with multimedia.

Credentials

• Bsc in Multimedia, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a relevant field; a MSC will be an added advantage.
• Demonstrated expertise in multimedia generation and guidance.
• Competence with multimedia software and resources (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Outcomes, Audition, etc.).
• Clear expression and public speaking.
• Capability to clarify sophisticated notions in a clear and reachable manner.
• Expertise in syllabus development and evaluation.
• Enthusiasm for training and training students.
