Role summary

• Help in organizing and managing routine vehicle plans, routes, and tasks.
• Track vehicle movements to guarantee prompt departures, arrivals, and compliance to plans.
• Preserve precise records of trips, drivers, waybills, and dispatch recordkeeping.
• Coordinate with drivers, loaders, and station employees to settle business concerns promptly.
• Guarantee adherence with transport rules, safety rules, and organisation standardized processes.
• Assist in supervising fuel usage, mileage, and other business expenses.
• Documentation incidents, setbacks, and breakdowns to the manager/manager for prompt response
• Help in managing standard procedure inspections and servicing plans for vehicles.
• Offer client support assist by dealing with questions connected with trips and supplies.
• Organize and send routine/on a weekly basis documentation on transport processes.

Qualifications

Applicants should have a Bsc, Higher national diploma / OND credentials with 3 - 4 years applicable professional background. Applicant required location Maza-Maza or it's environs.
