Job Description
About the Position
To offer strategic monitoring and business executive guidance for all Site Processes across any of Nigeria’s Lagos (2 regional hubs covering Lagos State) or Upcountry (5 regional hubs covering 35 states + FCT) sites, making sure regular service dispatch, merchant assist, operations excellency, and participant fulfillment. The position will organize the initiatives of Regional Supervisors in any of Lagos (Mainland and Island), Portharcourt (South South), Abuja (North Central), Kano (The Rest of North), Imo (South East), Ibadan (South West), Cluster Directs, and Operational aid Associates (BSPs), while pushing strategic alignment, team performance, and national site effectiveness.
Process Compliance and QA:
Head the recordkeeping and evaluate of business and technical methods to guarantee visual precision, uniformity, and adherence with internal regulates and compliance-related requirements. Preserve CRM information accuracy and use QA supervising to enhance ticket solution, service dispatch, and customer experience.
Teaching Certification
Degree holder Academic qualification in Computer Science, Information Tech, Engineering, or other associated technical fields. Applicable specialist qualifications in Project coordination, IT Service Management (e.g., ITIL), or POS tech is a plus.
Expertise:
At least 5 years’ expertise in Site Processes, ideally inside Financial technology, PTSP, or associated industries. Proven expertise coordinating multi-regional teams, BSP networks, and high-volume asset deployments.
Core Processes:
Provide aid to the Client assistance Team in Core Processes. Work alongside on addressing business concerns with possible fixes.
