Dining venue Manager at a Reputable and Fast-growing Restaurant - Startup Soar Consulting (2 Openings) in Lokogoma, Abuja (FCT)

Role summary

We are looking for two initiative-driven and skilled Supervisors to assist head routine dining venue processes. The preferred applicants will supervise both front- and back-of-house initiatives, assistants effectiveness, ensure outstanding client support, and uphold food quality and hygiene guidelines.

Primary duties

• Oversee all employees to guarantee smooth and productive day-to-day activities
• Preserve outstanding client support guidelines and settle concerns promptly
• Educate, mentor, and inspire group members to supply top-notch service
• Track employees presence, effectiveness, and regulation compliance
• Oversee stock levels and coordinate with suppliers as needed
• Ensure full adherence with health, safety, and hygiene rules
• Organize change plans and assign duties productively
• Help with cash managing, POS processes, and routine sales settlement
• Support to promotion and advertising initiatives
• Documentation straight to the restaurant operations manager or owner.

Qualifications

• OND / Higher national diploma / Bsc in hotel management, Business, or a relevant field
• 3 – 4 years of supervisory expertise in a hospitality or dining venue setting
• Effective guidance and team lead competencies
• Clear articulation and client support abilities
• Sound comprehension of dining venue processes and health and safety protocols
• Capability to operate under pressure in a dynamic environment
• Neat, specialist appearance and demeanor
• Required location Abuja, ideally in or near Lokogoma.
