Trade Assist Manager at New Age Mobile Concepts Limited in Lagos

Duties

• Organize and execute trade implementation strategies across various channels (in-store stores, distributors, online).
• Offer daily business assist to the sales and site teams for smooth in-market implementation.
• Track trade key indicators (e.g. sell-in, sell-out, inventory coverage, returns) and bring to attention action zones.
• Guarantee promptness and precise dispatch of marketing assets, POS resources, and merchandising assist to site teams.
• Collaborate with the stock chain team to guarantee product accessibility aligns with sales projections and trade requirement.
• Assist channel associates with service understanding, price lists, development materials, and inventory visibility resources.
• Track trade campaigns, reward schemes, and marketing effectiveness across all client segments.
• Oversee B2B order flows and organize with logistics for prompt dispatch and fulfillment.
• Coordinate with finance to resolve trade discounts, rebates, and account credits with resellers/distributors.
• Preserve current master data on goods, pricing, inventory levels, and work collaboratively databases.
• Offer documentation, findings, and dashboards on trade initiatives to internal participants and executive guidance.
• Recognize process bottlenecks and execute ongoing development programs in trade processes.
• Assist product launches, in-store activations, and seasonal marketing in partnership with promotion.
• Serve as a key communication link between business-related, processes, finance, and external in-store associates.
