Position Overview

The Stock Manager will supervise and regulate all inventory management initiatives across Toasties outlets, making sure precise tracking, prompt replenishment, and minimal wastage. The position requires robust organisational and critical thinking, meticulousness, and the capability to execute efficient stock regulate operational structures that assist smooth processes and cost effectiveness.

Primary duties

• Oversee and preserve precise records of all inventory across outlets and central storage.
• Track routine, on a weekly basis, and every month inventory levels, recognizing discrepancies and adjusting variances.
• Execute and ensure adherence to inventory regulate standardized processes to reduce losses and wastage.
• Collaborate with the procurement team to projection requirement and place prompt orders.
• Track expiration dates and guarantee adherence with food safety and storage guidelines.
• Carry out consistent inventory counts and audits across outlets.
• Evaluate usage patterns to optimise ordering and reduce excess stock.
• Produce stock documentation and show findings for executive review for strategic judgment.
• Educate and oversee employees on inventory managing and regulate methods.
• Coordinate with kitchen and processes teams to guarantee uninterrupted stock of unedited materials and finished goods.

Qualifications

Interested applicants should have a Bsc with 3 years work expertise.
