Role summary

Duties

• Assist the Restaurant operations manager in monitoring day-to-day activities and making sure smooth service flow.
• Oversee and inspire group members to attain effectiveness and client support targets.
• Help in employees planning, stock regulate, and ordering inventory.
• Handle client matters and ensure high levels of client fulfillment.
• Guarantee adherence with health, safety, and hygiene rules.
• Engage in learning and orientation of new employees.
• Track and documentation on sales, expenditures, and staff productivity.
• Assist execute advertising plans and enhance dining venue effectiveness.

Qualifications

• 3 – 5 years of expertise in a leadership or support leadership position inside the hospitality or food service industry.
• Effective guidance, information exchange, and people skills.
• Issue resolution mentality and the capability to make sound decisions under pressure.
• Solid understanding of dining venue processes and client support procedures.
• Capability to operate any time, which includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• A certification or academic qualification in hotel management Management or a relevant field is a plus.
