Duties

• The Security guard at Nosagie Holdings will be in charge of safeguarding the lives, real estate, and assets of the organization across its Strategic Business Units.
• The position requires preserving a visible guard presence, supervising entry points, and making sure that only approved individuals are allowed entry into organisation premises.
• The Security guard will carry out standard procedure patrols, observe and documentation unusual initiatives, and take action promptly to incidents or crises in a calm and specialist manner.
• In addition, the officer will help in enforcing organisation rules, assist crowd and traffic regulate during events, and guarantee adherence with accident and threat control standardized processes.
• The Security guard is anticipated to keep precise records of routine initiatives, guard breaches, and incidents, while also escalating critical matters to the CSO or management for prompt response.
• The role needs vigilance, discipline, and honesty and reliability, in addition to the capability to convey productively with employees, guests, and external guard agencies.

Qualifications

Applicants should have a First School Departing Certification with 5 - 10 years of work expertise.
