Position Explanation

We are looking for a practical Finance Manager who will play a main responsibility in shaping and carrying out the group’s finance plan while making sure precise and productive management of all financial processes. Primary duties

• Formulate, execute, and track the organization’s financial plan in alignment with business targets.
• Oversee daily finance processes which includes outstanding bills, outstanding receivables, wage processing, and bank adjustments.
• Organize and show precise every month, every quarter, and yearly financial statements for executive review.
• Head financial planning, predicting, and money movement management initiatives.
• Carry out consistent financial evaluation to recognize avenues for cost optimization and income increase.
• Guarantee adherence with tax rules, statutory status updates, and audit qualifications.
• Execute and preserve robust internal regulates to ensure protection of organisation assets.
• Supervise wage processing management to guarantee precision, timeliness, and adherence with statutory conclusions.
• Collaborate with other departments to assist business and strategic strategic judgment.
• Lead process enhancements and utilize digital tools for better finance Management.

Qualifications

• Bsc in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a relevant field
• A member of a professional body which includes ACA or ACCA compulsory
• MSC will be an added advantage.
• 7+ years of progressive finance expertise, which includes a minimum of 2 years in a executive capacity.
• Deep knowledge of accounting principles, financial evaluation, and financial planning.
• Demonstrated expertise in conceptualizing and carrying out financial plans.
• Clear articulation and people skills to work alongside cross-departmentally.
• Capability to operate in a dynamic, continuously adapting business environment.
• Applicants in Delta state or applicants who are launch to relocating to Delta state considered advantageous.

Specialized abilities:

• Competence in financial system (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, or similar).
• Robust Excel spreadsheet software competencies, which includes improved processes for financial forecasting and evaluation.
• Expertise in Enterprise platform planning operational structures and finance reporting resources.
• Understanding with tax legal provisions, wage processing operational structures, and compliance obligations.
