Assets Business Development Organizer at Oilserv Limited in Port Harcourt, Rivers

Position Overview

• This role possesses the items listed duties.
• To head and motivate business development synchronization in pushing and expanding the business.
• Carry out market evaluation, reach out with potential opportunities, identify potential clients and sales, sustain connections with current customers and handle their needs, and finalize variety of managerial obligations.

Core / Technical:

• Document sales, income, and bills to evaluate.
• Carrying out analysis after assimilating data to better comprehend the qualifications of the organization and its customer base.
• Ensure the industry standards are used with all teams to enhance the process.
• Connecting possibility customers to establish connection and organize sessions.
• Organizing and monitoring new promotion programs.
• Conducting analysis entities and individuals to find fresh opportunities.
• Rising the value of ongoing clients while attracting new ones.
• Finding and conceptualizing new markets and optimizing sales.
• Participating professional forums, sessions, and industry events.
• Perform periodic measurement of divisional  KPIs and trigger actions to re-align the KPIs to the divisional targets.

Quality, HSE:

• Ensure zero LTI and Fatality while carrying out servicing & maintenance initiatives.
• Lead adherence with Work-related Health, Safety, Quality and Ecological Rules, methods, standardized processes and relevant legal provisions/lawful qualifications across the Oilserv business.
• Assume accountability for their health & safety and those of participants across the Oilserv business.

Qualifications

Higher national diploma / Bachelor's degree Electrical and mechanical Engineering 6 - 10 years’ expertise in Asset servicing & maintenance/management.
