Guard Manager, project at Bemil Nigeria Limited in Magboro, Ogun

Responsibilties

• Ensures on a weekly basis site presence and incidents documentation to the Zone Manager for action.
• Ensures Security officers carry out and compliance to organisation's compliance standards in addition to the regulations of the customers where they are deployed.
• Arranges guard business initiatives of the security officers in the site.
• Informs the Inspectors of short manning in his/her site for possible replacement.
• Responds to questions, inquiries and information on guard associated challenges in his/her site of processes.
• Liaises with customer officers on all aspect of the project.
• Ensures full adherence with the organization's Rules & Standardized processes.
• Other obligations as necessary in line with your competencies, expertise and position.

Qualifications

Interested applicants an OND / Higher national diploma certification with 5 - 10 years of expertise.
