Job Description

Recovery Manager ensures end to end recovery process and ensures dispatch against targets.
The manager also delivers findings and direction to the team.
This role will show the capability to head and educate others.

Head recovery initiatives across all cities and new sites.
Manages special credit structured and deviations from standard terms of payment.
Evaluate debt recovery process’s performance and rules.
Select and oversee an efficient process of external contracting seriously past due accounts referred every month to external debt agency solutions by evaluating the selection, supervising the collection effectiveness and assuring a rational rate of return.
Implement all asset recovery logistics with relevant external service vendors (e.g., repossession companies, bailiffs, external legal advisor, auctioneers) against financial plan and productively diagnose issues unforeseen concerns/challenges that may arise.
Engage with guarantors to bargain rational settlements on post-recovery shortfall amounts and/or work alongside lawful/external counsel in carrying out the lawful plan of asserting and enforcing lawful requests.
Ensure development strategies and recordkeeping are current and in place for collections of outstanding invoices and applications.
Employee training: Participation in the professional development of the team and any manpower planning decisions.
Executive guidance: Productively head, oversee and formulate collections teams spanning ongoing and new city launches.
