Site Service Manager - Cementing at Geoplex Drillteq Limited in Port Harcourt, Rivers

Explanation

We are seeking a Cementing FSM that will supervise the organizing, synchronization, and implementation of all cementing processes in the site. This position ensures service standard, process effectiveness, regulatory adherence, and client fulfillment by top site service crews, coordinating assets, and offering technical and business proficiency. 

Primary duties

• Engage employees in all PSL and regional programs, nurturing alignment with organisation targets in the site.
• Assess service standard through key indicators which includes tools servicing & maintenance adherence and preparedness, and submit application findings to enhance Health, safety, and environment, effectiveness, client fulfillment, and expense management.
• Recognize and evaluate risks, formulate and execute risk responses, and constantly track risk throughout processes.
• Carry out audits, position programme assessments, technical proposal assessments, and client budget forecasts, making sure adherence and deployment readiness.
• Oversee agreement processes by addressing invoicing disputes, executing activity debriefs, and carrying out service dispatch closure initiatives.
• Work alongside Human resources to hire, formulate, and evaluate business employees, which includes managing results tracking and corrective measures.
• Build and preserve robust client connections, addressing business disputes, and making sure service dispatch meets accepted requirements.
• Head Health, safety, and environment and Service standard system issue inquiries, making sure prompt closure of action items and preventive measures.
• Supervise asset regulate and utilization, assist business organizing, and propose creative cost-reduction and effectiveness programs.
• Assist cementing processes by analyzing position strategies, dealing with pre-position tools matters, and using specialized skill to settle site implementation challenges.

Qualifications & Credentials

• At least bachelor's in engineering. in an engineering-relevant field
• At least Upper second-class honors ( bachelor's in engineering) 
• Industry qualifications which includes Well Regulate (IWCF or IADC), Health, safety, and environment qualifications (NEBOSH, OSHA), and cementing-specific development from identified OEMs/service companies are highly preferred.
• Deep knowledge of cementing engineering principles, slurry design, and zonal separation methods.
• Competence in cementing creative applications and oilfield business management operational structures.
