Position Overview

We are looking for a proficient and skilled Facility manager supervise the servicing & maintenance, guard, and process effectiveness of the company's facilities. The position make sure that all building operational structures, structure, and tools operation optimally while preserving safety and adherence with rules.

Primary duties

• Oversee the servicing & maintenance and fix of building structure, tools, and utilities.
• Make sure that facilities are safe, clean, and in adherence with health, safety, and ecological rules.
• Organize with external vendors for facility repairs, guard, cleaning, and servicing & maintenance solutions.
• Track and oversee facility-associated financial plans, making sure cost-efficient initiatives.
• Carry out standard procedure inspections to recognize servicing & maintenance needs and handle them promptly.
• Execute preventive servicing & maintenance programs to reduce non-operational time and fix expenses.
• Oversee guard and safety measures, which includes fire safety, authorization, and crisis preparedness.
• Preserve precise records of servicing & maintenance plans, service documentation, and facility-associated expenditures.
• Guarantee promptness response to facility-associated requests and service issues from employees.
• Supervise workspace distribution, furniture structured, and facility upgrades as needed.

Credentials and Expertise

• Bsc or HND qualification in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Management, or a relevant field.
• Accreditation in Facility Management (e.g., IFMA, OSHA) is a plus.
• At least 1-3 years of expertise in facility management, servicing & maintenance, or processes.
