Manager, Communications at EHA Clinics in Abuja

Purpose Goal

The Communications Department delivers strategic and innovative solutions in communications critical to delivering the company’s purpose through nurturing efficient participant relation, building corporate identity consciousness, and supporting the company's key messages. Offering entire media assist to EHA Clinics in scaling it’s purpose.

Relation:

• Organize and oversee all communications material and work in partnership with the messaging team and other processes to guarantee uniformity of message and alignment of content.
• Oversee internal information exchange operational structures (bulletins, emails, corporate declarations).
• Formulate and supply a winning communications plan and collaborate with external agencies to strategy and supply initiative-driven media relations, marketing, in addition to collaborate with them to react to emerging/trending news stories when necessary.
• Pursue consistent avenues for the Executive guidance Team to participate with key foundations, corporate associates, and other entities on social platforms and curate current lists of key accounts.

 Dispatch:

• Formulate and track communications calendar, oversee communications panels to align and accept prompt response on strategies. Analysis and collect information and data for content and communications plan.
• Organize and vett content for the EHA Clinic’s website which includes its blog, making sure it is current and optimized for SEO, client deliberation, and transformation.
• Track and document media mentions connected with EHA Clinics’ work
• Issue a range of digital content with a concentration on generating compelling web pages that are visually appealing and offer an entire rich expertise for associates and visitors.
• Oversee community-related ad marketing and other campaigns; track and distribute outcomes for ongoing development to targeting and segments.
• Ensure a thorough error-free status updates of initiatives, to the Executive guidance, occurring in the Messaging team for prompt and productive publication on a every month basis.

Targeted Expert Expertise  

• A Academic qualification in Communications, Brand communications, Journalism, Promotion, or a relevant field is generally necessary.
• A MSC is added advantage.
• Above 5 years of expertise in communications, Public relations, promotion, or media is often necessary.
• Outstanding capability to craft messages and engage target groups across different channels.
• Capability to formulate and implement information exchange plans in sync with company targets.
• Competence in Public relations tactics and preserving corporate identity uniformity
• This comprises expertise coordinating communications marketing, social platforms plans, and brand communications endeavors.
